🎵I love you all the time
🎵I'm never alone, I look at my phone
🎵If I call you up, you're never at home
🎵I love you all the time
🎵I'm fueled up and high, I'm out with the guys
🎵A smile on my face, no reason to cry
🎵I love you all the time
I was just a little concerned when I heard the name of the band that wrote this song is called Eagles of Death Metal! The song is beautiful. And what a beautiful thing to donate the money raised by this song. Imagine Dragons had played in the concert arena that was bombed in Paris. Their hearts must have been so incredibly heavy and yet they did not cancel any shows.
This also reminds me just a little of when Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie wrote We Are The World in 1985. The song won a Grammy for Song of The Year and sold over 20 million copies!
Soloists on the project were, Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, Kenny Rogers, James Ingram, Tina Turner, Billy Joel, Diana Ross, Dionne Warwick, Willie Nelson, Al Jarreau, Bruce Springsteen, Kenny Loggins, Steve Perry, Daryl Hall, Huey Lewis, Cyndi Lauper, Kim Carnes, Bob Dylan, and Ray Charles.
In the chorus was, Dan Ackroyd, Harry Belafonte, Lindsey Buckingham, Mario Cipollina, Johnny Colla, Shelia E, Bob Geldof, Bill Gibson, Chris Hayes, Sean Hopper, Jackie Jackson, LaToya Jackson, Marlon Jackson, Randy Jackson, Tito Jackson, Waylon Jennings, Bette Midler, John Oates, Jeffrey Osborne, Anita Pointer, June Pointer, Ruth Pointer, and Smokey Robinson!
They recorded the song in one session and had a sign reading, leave your egos at the door.
Dan Reynolds would have been two years old that year! I am such a fan of music and I am inspired especially by artists that use their art to make a positive difference in the world!
